When we opened our doors, our question was simple: what if, instead of the pub or club, you met friends at the sauna? Instead of waking up with a hangover, you wake feeling healthy, rested, and creatively inspired?

Sauna Social Club is a Sauna Listening Lounge in Peckham, South East London. The very first in the world. Offering a healthy alternative to London’s drinking-led social culture.

We have two Finnish-style saunas (very hot with water buckets) and four ice baths at different temperatures.

Once you’ve finished in the saunas, our listening lounge is your living room. You can stick around for a tea and a snack. ​And during Ambient Sauna sessions, we have live musicians and DJs performing in the lounge, with the music streamed into the downstairs sauna.

Around the space, you’ll find visual art installations, creative materials, and cosy corners for games, reading, or simply putting your feet up.

So whether you sauna for your physical health, mental health, or social connection – come alone or with friends. Everyone is welcome.
