Ojas Sauna is an outdoor sauna and ice bath experience in Buckinghamshire. Our wood-fired saunas and ice baths are immersed in nature at Oxmoor Farm, providing the perfect environment for contrast therapy.
Meet and heat in a Sauna Social or book private hire for exclusive use of the space by your group! Ojas Sauna has two mechanically chilled and filtered ice baths, an outdoor shower and an indoor changing area.
