Our 6-seater, wood-fired sauna moves with the rhythms of the Pembrokeshire coastline. Immersed amongst the rugged, wild shores of the UK’s only fully coastal National Park, our panoramic window frames an ever-changing view shaped by tides, weather, and seasons.

Heated by fire and grounded in nature, the sauna offers a space to slow down, warm deeply, and reconnect. Alongside our regular sessions, we host a programme of intimate experiences led by our in-house yoga and meditation facilitators, thoughtfully designed to complement the heat, the breath, and the landscape around us.
