Hosted by Jo MacLean, STA – qualified Open Water Swim Coach and STA Safety Leader Audrey Thomson We are passionate, experienced sauna hosts and open water safety guides delivering to others what we love ourselves, spending time in nature’s wild elements.

Wood Fired Sauna – Enjoy a rejuvenating session in one of our authentic Scandinavian saunas perfect for detoxing and destressing. Turn up the heat, and book your hot seat in our pop up coastal sauna.​ ‘The Coorie In” can host 10 people in one session. Weekend and Mini Retreats – Join our organised retreats – guided sea dips, walks, seaweed foraging, mud baths, salty scrubs.”
