Solace Sauna is a traditional beachside sauna located in Lepe Country Park, Hampshire. Set where the forest meets the sea, Solace offers a unique opportunity to unwind in nature while enjoying panoramic views of the waves.

We host communal sauna sessions for up to 6 people, as well as private bookings for up to 8 guests, making it the perfect setting for relaxation, connection, and celebration. Guests can alternate between the warmth of the sauna, a refreshing cold shower, and an invigorating plunge for a hot-and-cold therapy experience.

In addition to our regular sessions, we collaborate with local businesses to host special events, including yoga, breathwork, guided rituals, and more.

£108 for a private sauna session for up to 8 people (£13.50 per person)
£140 for a private guided sauna ritual for up to 4 people
