Samphire Sauna offers wood fired warmth across two sauna cabins on iconic Hastings Pier. Come, take in our Nordic inspired approach to contrast therapy by combining the heat of our sauna with the cool of a sea swim or a dip in our plunge pool (or a cold bucket/shower whichever suits you best!).

Whichever approach to cooling down takes your fancy you can be assured that you can see & hear the waves crashing from our whole site including inside both our cabins enhancing your connection to nature. We also provide changing rooms, lockers, access to a loo, drinking water and plenty of chill out space on our deck to ensure that you get the best from your visit to us. And we now also offer a selection of add on’s such as locally made, organic body scrubs and face masks to upgrade your sauna should you wish.

Being easy to access from both Hastings & St Leonards railways stations and offering privacy by being tucked away on the north east corner of the pier with plenty of screening, Samphire Sauna offers a unique opportunity to relax, recharge & reconnect.
