There are two wood-fired saunas at Kindred. The larger sauna seats up to eight people and is designed for communal sessions, where warmth and conversation flow easily. Alongside it is a smaller five-seater sauna converted from a horsebox, full of character and ideal for more intimate gatherings or private bookings. Both spaces are thoughtfully created to feel welcoming, calm and unpretentious, whether you arrive alone or with friends.

Kindred Sauna offers both private and communal sessions, allowing visitors to choose an experience that suits their mood. Communal sessions foster a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere and are popular with the growing local community, while private bookings offer a more personal retreat — perfect for couples, friends or small groups wanting time together.

Cooling off is an essential part of the experience. Just moments from the sauna is Knepp’s wild swimming pond, where guests can cold plunge or swim, immersing themselves fully in the landscape.
