Kiln Sauna Flushing is the original, namesake sauna located at a picturesque quay in a sheltered bay on the coast of Cornwall. Flushing was the first of a growing family of Scandinavian & Japanese-inspired saunas across Cornwall.

Set quietly on Kiln Quay beach in Flushing, it looks across the water to Falmouth, with memorable sunrise and sunset views.

The name Kiln nods both to Cornwall’s historic lime-burning kilns and to ancient sweat-bathing traditions found in Japan and South Korea, where kiln saunas were used for healing, rest, and ritual.
