We offer a traditional wood fired Finnish sauna experience. A beautiful space located on the side of a small lake. Come and relax with friends and family or on your own and meet like minded people from the community. Cool down with an optional wild swim/dip in the lake or fresh water from watering cans. Our rustic style sauna experience is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the rest of your day. We also offer wild swimming in the lake and we have a great community built around swimming. If you are new to it all please come for a visit and a friendly chat. We are based at the TCR Hub in Barnard Castle which has toilet facilities and drinking water. It will be our pleasure to host you all in our beloved sauna and we look forward to welcoming you all.
