Located in Eryri / Snowdonia National Park next to Llyn Tegid / Bala Lake, with stunning views of mountains and access to the lake for wild swimming. Private changing facilities, hot water for rinsing after your session Finnish-style, and easy parking right beside the sauna.

We offer a range of sessions catering for all needs; public sauna sessions, private bookings for groups of up to 10-12, and families with children. Our monthly events and workshops combine sauna bathing with activities such as cold water swimming, mindfulness, and yoga.
