ABERPOETH is a coastal sauna experience based on the promenade in Aberystwyth, West Wales, offering a unique blend of heat, cold, and community. Set against the backdrop of the Irish Sea, we provide wood-fired sauna sessions designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

Our experience centres around traditional Scandinavian sauna culture, with a modern Welsh twist. Guests can move between the intense, dry heat of our sauna and the refreshing sea air- or take the plunge into the ocean itself – for a truly invigorating contrast therapy experience.

We offer a range of sessions to suit everyone, including communal saunas, private bookings, Sunset Yoga, Vihta Ritual, Pilates, and special events such as Sober Raves & Tonnog Sessions. Whether you’re coming for relaxation, recovery, or social connection, ABERPOETH creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Alongside the sauna, our on-site space, Y Nyth (“The Nest”), serves as a hub for post-sauna relaxation, offering drinks, light refreshments, and a place to unwind.
