Tŷ Sawna is our little wood-fired sauna set up right on the beach at Oxwich Bay in the Gower.

Set directly on the shoreline, we offer a simple, nature-led sauna experience that combines traditional wood-fired heat with cold-water immersion in the sea.

Our sessions are communal and private, welcoming individuals, small groups and first-time sauna users alike. We place an emphasis on good sauna etiquette, gradual heat exposure, hydration and listening to the body, creating a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Tŷ Sawna operates year-round and is shaped by the rhythms of the coast, the changing seasons and a strong sense of local community. Alongside regular sauna sessions, we host occasional events and collaborations focused on wellbeing, movement and connection.
