Enjoy relaxation within our beautiful wood fired saunas, in the countryside with stunning views across the Chilterns.
Sessions are hosted in either our horsebox sauna at Orchard View Farm in Little Meadle, or our rustic wood fired sauna retreat at the Peacock, Henton. At both sites cold plunges are available; where we will guide you through combining hot and cold therapy, a truly energising experience for body and mind.
