Our original sauna and the heart of Wild Scottish Sauna, Kingsbarns Beach is where it all began. Set on one of Scotland’s most beautiful and unspoiled stretches of coastline, this east coast location offers a truly iconic sauna experiences.
Positioned beside a true hidden gem, Kingsbarns is known for its expansive golden sands, rolling dunes, and a sense of space that allows you to instantly switch off from the outside world. Here, contrast therapy comes to life, moving between the deep, wood-fired heat of the sauna and the invigorating waters of the North Sea. You get a free Fife facial!
This site also offers our most luxurious facilities, with thoughtfully designed changing areas that bring comfort while maintaining a strong connection to nature.
Kingsbarns is more than just a sauna, it’s a destination for gathering, celebration, and immersive wellbeing experiences. From hen parties and group getaways to wild swimming weekends, it provides the perfect backdrop for shared moments and meaningful connection.
With a caravan park on site, guests can stay overnight and wake to a morning sauna by the sea, embracing the full rhythm of coastal living.
Our offering includes gua sha rituals, wild spa experiences, and guided aromatherapy sessions, alongside collaborations with yoga teachers and wellness practitioners who are welcome to host and create within the space.

Pricing
Social Sessions – £16 per person Shared sessions with a maximum of 8 people
Private Hire – £105 per session Exclusive use of the sauna for your group (up to 12 people)
Aromatherapy Sessions (Mondays) – £20 per person
Guided sessions with essential oils, maximum of 8 people
Children – £10 per child
