Our 10-seater, wood-fired sauna, built by Heartwood Saunas (using local Welsh materials), moves with the rhythms of the Pembrokeshire coastline. This summer you will find us at Newgale Beach, immersed amongst the rugged, wild shores of the UK’s only fully coastal National Park, our panoramic window frames an ever-changing view shaped by tides, weather, and seasons. Heated by fire and grounded in nature, the sauna offers a space to slow down, warm deeply, and reconnect. Alongside our regular sessions, we host a programme of intimate experiences led by our in-house yoga and meditation facilitators, thoughtfully designed to complement the heat, the breath, and the landscape around us.
