British Sauna Society
Opening on 9th May The Saltwater Sauna – Boscombe Sauna House is the largest beachfront sauna in the UK, purpose-built for communal bathing at scale. Sitting directly on Boscombe beach, the space holds up to 35 people across the sauna, cold plunge buckets, hot showers and a social lounge. Two ways to bathe:
  1. Communal sauna (£17.50, 90 minutes). An open, self-led session. Move at your own pace between heat, cold and rest. Expect conversation, shared silence and the steady rhythm that makes sauna what it is.
  2. Guided ritual (£27.50, 90 minutes). Led by our sauna guides. A structured sequence of aufguss rounds – water poured over hot stones, essential oils released into the steam, heat worked through the room with a towel. Between rounds, step out for a cold plunge, rinse off under the showers and rest before going again. Traditional thermal leaf whisking is offered on selected rituals.
Opening Daily        7:30am to 10pm.
